Hi ,

I have purchased an Alpine SPC-D84AT6-R subwoofer with DSP amplifier.

I would like to add rear speakers to the OUTPUT of the amplifier but I am not sure what plug on the DSP amplifier is the OUTPUT. I would prefer to connect under the front seat rather than strip the dashboard again.

I know that the rear speakers are purple/purple_blk and grey/grey_blk but both the INPUT and OUTPUT connectors have the same colors.

The only difference is that the plugs are different colours , one white, one black.

Any help appreciated.

Purple- rear right pos
Purple/black rear right neg
Green - rear left pos
Green/black rea left neg

The white plug will be the output

How is the sound from the rear speakers when connected to the Alpine DSP?

I have the same setup but the volume is only like 25% of what is in the front

i have install SPC-W84AT6-2 then addes S2-S65 for rear... and the rear is very poor sound quality... they sound almost like tweeters

Hi again

I ended up upgrading the DSP for the subwoofer to KTA-200M and let the headunit ILX-F115D halo 11 control the speaker with it’s internal DAP in the front and rear
