(Almost) New T6 owner

Hi all. I'm new here and love the forum. I will pick up my candy red T6 conversion at the end of May. Can't wait to get it and enjoy it like all you other members As you may be able to see from the picture it will have gloss black parts (roof bars, side bars, grill, wing mirror base) but I'm not sold on the gloss black wheels and much prefer a Matt black or gunmetal grey. I can choose my wheels within reason but what are everyone's thoughts on going away from gloss when everything else is gloss? Your comments much appreciated

I think it looks pretty nice as is, my fear would be upsetting the red/black theme if you went matt black
I guess its one of those things that you wont know until you try ????

I'd definately stay with the gloss theme, I think it would look odd to mix in Matt wheels with all of the gloss bits.

Thanks Pauly. Yep that's my fear but just not a huge fan of gloss... I need some inspiration. Anyone else gone down this route?

Just noticed the edges of the lower grilles have been painted/wrapped in red looks good not seen it done like that before i think i like it
Have you got any shots of the front end ?

Yea sure do. I must say after a lot of time and research these guys are pretty awesome. Some of the work they've done is fantastic. Their passion is amazing and also very helpful. Can't recommend them enough

Thanks DaveyB. Think you may have a point. Choosing isn't easy though although it's a T28 so may have a bit more choice...

That definately catches the eye with the way the bumper grill ends are body coloured.

It really does. I can't wait to get it with the windows in it will look pretty cool. Itlll be re-mapped too with a full width Scot bed so ticks the boxes for me

Finally arrived Picked it up on Saturday and I must say I'm very happy. Looks as good as I thought it would and the full width bed is just awesome. Some great family holidays planned
