Picked up this tip from Vicky & Bernie's recent Youtube posting, a camper-sized mains oven for pasties, pies, ready-meals, small pizzas, part-baked bread etc...
Mine arrived today and its really neat, has a thermostat, timer & element switching for baking, toasting, grilling...
It contains its heat very well, though I'd still put an insulating layer under it, a square of ply, a tray or something.
Bargain at £20 including free delivery! Red white or black, 14" wide, 11" front-to-back, 8" high.
