ALDI 600W INVERTER ON SALE

That’s very cheap, but it’s 600W peak power (not clear what continuous power is from the photos - 300W ?), and it’s a modified sine wave, so not compatible with some equipment.

Pete

personally i wouldn't.

look at getting a pure sine wave inverter.

that way it will work with everything.

MSW inverters an be iffy with newer electronics . . . like laptop and tablet chargers etc,

@Dellmassive. @Pete C. I thought that your expert (and respected) opinions would arrive soon. As I said, I don't need one but thought I'd just put it out there. I've already got a little Bestek pure sine wave jobbie that takes care of my very occasional needs (ie. the odd charge of a laptop).

@Paynewright. Been there done that and made some crap pizzas - you might guess that I wasn't over-impressed! We now just use a pizza stone in a weber kettle BBQ with lid on which works a treat.

@Paynewright. See:
. The most difficult part is getting the uncooked pizza on the stone quickly (ie. before things start cooling down once the lid is lifted).
