Aftermarket rear aircon - retrofit - add or split

Hi, I have a Trendline T6 Caravelle with AC on front seats but not for rear seats.

Do you know if I can add a aftermarket AC system for rear seats?

Or can I split sleeve or tubes and use the installed AC both for front and rear seats at the same time?

That looks like a heater matrix, not an a/ c evaporator. You can get kits to add rear aircon, but the evaporator wouldn't fit in the headlining or side panels easily, it depends on the layout of your van.
