Additional interior lights

Sorry if this has been discussed, I want to fit 2 extra factory lights in the back of the van, makes sense whilst I've got the head lining out.

Can I take the wiring directly off the existing two or would I be better to run a separate circuit?

I would tap into existing, assuming your going to put some brighter LED lamps in there 4 LEDs will be less draw than two OE lamps so wouldn't matter anyway
