I’ve got the dreaded 550 miles to no start adblue warning light on and I’ve put the correct amount in
MOT is due so is the orange fill up adblue light on an MOT fail ?

Noise, exhaust emissions, engine malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) (sometimes called an engine management light or 'EML'), and fluid leak rules and inspection for car and passenger vehicle MOT tests.

There is no test for NOX emissions and even if there was you just have a warning light on the level.
