AdBlue issues - remap related?

Hi do they charge for an adblue software update. As I had an issue with mine on the weekend called out the AA he said it’s a adblue fault code.

Currently sat at VW Commercial in Tewkesbury....

I had a caution on the way back from Devon yesterday. AdBlue top up and spanner in amber.
The van now tells me it’s got 650 miles range until no start. Naturally I topped the AdBlue up, no register at f this on the trip computer. Now it says 600 miles.

I scanned using vcds and got the following:

bit of reading suggests a VW software update may fix the issue so, that’s being done now.
The van is mapped and I’ve been told that it’ll remove the map - fair enough I’ll have to have it redone.
I just thought I’d create a post to log another AdBlue fault and will update once the issue is resolved.

I have exacted the same fault code and problem, I’ve read all the forums I cannot determine whether it’s a Nox sensor fault, a def injector problem crystallised adblue, van is 2017 with only 31k miles. It’s had spender map but the problem only started in he recent cold period, has anyone any ideas? How did you resolve your problem? Thanks

I had the P204 and the P20EE. the software update and recalibration of the level sensor got sorted but received numerous P20EE faults resulting in 6 trips to VW and having my van for over 50 days last year.
So in order I had the software update, new nox sensor, twice they didn’t really do anything, new inlet manifold and then glow plug chamber on no.3 cylinder cleaned out as it has a pressure sensor in it. I still got pending P20EE codes on average every 300 miles. I havent had one now for 3000 miles.
