Nah that’s a Micro SD card box (or maybe a SIM card).

That box is definitely too small for a sim card. Maybe the sim card is in a different box (2 of 2). This one (1 of 2) contains the little pin that you stick in the little hole to open up the sim card tray.

Anyway - looks like a smiley robot face arrived instead.
