58mm or 57mm hole for lights

At the point of putting up the headliner and leds. The leds need a 58mm hole cutting, but I am struggling to find a 58mm hole saw,. Could I get away with a 57mm or shall I just keep searching?

Just give it a good wiggle about while you're drilling.

Is the headliner already lined with the fabric when you make the cut?

No it's not lined as yet. Was going to cut my holes first, before I lined it

If you tuck your liner through the hole to make a neat job, then allow for the compressed thickness of the liner too. (Is what I was going to say)

if your going tuck the liner in the hole starrett do a 59mm cutter

Try it out on an off cut first see how you get on
