Being sold as SPARE OR REPAIR as we cant put a warranty on vehicles with over 150k miles,due a service,runs and drives well,no engine lights on

So, to be clear, you will you supply the buyer with a VAT receipt, but they won't be allowed to drive the van away and will have to arrange for it to be tranported off premises. Is that correct?

Full vat receipt will be given,it can be driven away no problem at your own risk as long as its taxed and insured, any inspectionis welcome ramp available if needed,we just can not retail the van as we can not supply a warranty due to the mileage is over 150k
So its listed as spares or repair with no warranty,just thought we would offer it out as a cheap van for someone instead of sending it to the auctions

I believe that selling a vehicle as 'spares or repair' implies the vehicle is unroadworthy and cannot be lawfully driven off the premises.
