Time has come for me to move on my van
Its a 2015 65 plate factory kombi 6 seater with the 140 engine and DSG gearbox currently sat on 85k miles
Van has front and rear parking sensors and reverse camera
Front and rear LED lights
Heated washer jets (upgraded to the spray/mist type)
Discover media sat nav headunit
Electric sliding side door and power latching on the tailgate
Westfalia detachable towbar with 13 pin electrics
Flat bottom multi function steering wheel with gear change/flappy paddle thingys
Currently running B14 coilovers with a reasonable drop
Caravelle front grille and side repeaters
Upper comfort dash coloured panels fitted with USB hub and additional USB point fitted in upper glovebox
Traction control/ABS button added to dash
LED interior lamps fitted throughout and LED footwell lights added
Hardwired thinkware F750 front and rear dashcams (currently playing up, see below)
Rear speakers fitted in roof above rear seats and fader coded in on radio
The van has a full VW service history with stamps in the book and all paperwork present, i also serviced it myself in between VW ones so its had frequent oil changes, last major service was done by VW around March 2022 (need to check the exact date) and MOT runs until 15th September
DSG oil was changed a couple years ago and the van had the cambelt and waterpump done when it was due last year (may have been the year before need to check paperwork ?)
The van has full sound deadening throughout the rear with 2mm silent coat and dodo thermal liner over the top
There is some additional wiring in the van currently running two additional spotlights in the tailgate running of a switch in the rear and 12v power points and usb points in the rear
The van used to have a leisure battery and invertor/mains sockets setup that has been removed but the wiring is still present so could easily be added back but the additional kit is currently running off the engine battery
I am very short on time at the moment and there is a few jobs that need to be done to tidy the van up which i will list below, i intend to get these jobs done but if anyone wants to save a few quid and take it as is then that works well for me
I am asking £22500 + vat for the van and when all the outstanding jobs have been done i will advertise it properly and increase the price to £23500-£24000 + vat
The van has a few door dings that need sorting, there is no paint damage on these just needs a PDR guy to work their magic, i have arranged someone to come and look at these next week but they reckon it will be a further week or two before they can book it in
All the seats have a few marks/stains on the fabric and could do with a proper wash/clean (no rips or tears or anything bad)
The nearside mirror cap has a nasty scrape on it and could do with replacing
The van is currently sat a little nose down, the coilovers could do with lifting a few mm at the front to even it out a bit (i have the adjuster tools and will be included in the sale)
The van sometimes make a slight squeal from the rear offside wheel when reversing, not sure what is causing it, could be discs and pads but may be the wheel bearing im not sure
The drivers door seal is split along the lower edge, all there but will need replacing
A few of the plastic fixings are missing from the hardboard panels in the rear
The fitted dashcam keeps moaning about a memory card error and i cant shut it up so have pulled the power plug out, it may be recoverable it may not ? but the wiring is good and if it is fubar a replacement front unit will get it going again
The release knob for the detachable towbar is MIA, not sure where/how it came of but the towbar is not currently removeable and the detachable swan neck bit will need replacing to make it detachable again
I will add anything else i can think of as and when i remember along with some more photos
I have all the original parts from the van including the original suspension (+ a set of H&R 40mm springs) the factory grille/trims and side repeaters, original washer jets etc etc
I am asking £22.5k + vat and I’m open to offers but if i get the full asking price or close too then i am happy to include all of these parts plus some spares i have like a full set of discs and pads ready to go on the rear, i also have the new mirror plastics for the nearside mirror ready for painting
I can probably sort anything else that is required and have access to genuine spares as required
