2X brand new tyres (sub 100 miles) 2X tyres need replacing now/soon. Centre caps and spigot rings. See pictures for condition (not mint and does ha e few scuffs/scrapes. No cracks/welds and all balanced fine. Have dropped to 18" banded steels. Collection Chelmsford essex looking for £600

Yes you definitely running low. I’m about the same as you. 70mm ish drop.
