These look a lot like the Rotiform BLQs, I've discovered. I prefer the Rotiform but it looks as though they are not load rated highly enough (website says 725kgs).

Have to say they looks the dogs danglies and deffo on my list - love the staggered look !
Also love the way the tyres look slightly stretched and not bulbous
