sports monitor

Afternoon all, My MY19 California T6 has a standard VW MIB STD2 PQ head-unit (part number 5CO 035 680 G), and from the research I've done this unit supports both the Driving School and Sports Monitor features. I'm looking for instructions on how to activate both but not really finding anything...
