removal of centre air vents

I’m in the process of fitting a aftermarket radio which I need to remove the centre vents around the radio dash surround. The outer edge just unclips nice but the inner edge looks like there is 5 tabs on each and looks like they have been moulded over ? Any one have any ideas how to remove these...
