Car-Net and Guide & Inform Basic
To keep people informed, as information from VW is abysmal. I think Car-Net has been retired by VW in Germany, but they haven't confirmed that yet. And they haven't told the UK subsidiary. Car-Net using Carstick has stopped working.
The car-net functions stopped working around 2nd March 2025. I get message "Internet connection failed" I've checked my subscription, expires 9/7/2025 If I set the DiscoverMedia to be a hotspot, I can use it as a wifi hotspot and access the internet, though it is slow 2m download, 3m upload.
