I’ve actually since bought a crafter with the controls as shown in the first picture. The button at the bottom functions in the same way as described for the mode button.
We’ll, I’m non the wiser . It looks like you can get different buttons on the right too. Just seen one with ‘view’ and another with a picture of a phone. I wish I didn’t care….but I do!
Hi! We’re starting to outgrow the T6 so we’re going to make the leap to a crafter. I’ve seen a few nice ones online but it’s really confusing with only two trim levels to choose from. One thing I’ve noticed is that the buttons on the steering wheel seem to differ but I’m not really sure why...
Thanks for responding, there’s very limited information regarding the internals of these units. I managed to use the knob to turn on the ‘beep’ sound when the screen is touched. I then dragged my finger around the screen to see which bits responded. I seem to have a non responsive band from top...
Awesome effort with the strip down! Did you happen to see what it looks like where the SD card slot is? I’ve also managed to get a card stuck in mine (it’s push in further than it should go)
Also, just to clarify your symptoms prior to the strip and clean. You mentioned you had phantom presses...
Hi, did you manage to sort this in the end and if so, how? I've just discovered the seal on my white plastic water catcher has failed and is letting water into the door card! I cant seem to get my hands around it to reseal. Did you take the locking mechanism off?

Thanks dude.
Yeah, I was happy with the technical aspect but not wanting to risk working under a fully elevated van on the driveway made it interesting!
Lots of trial and error with the rears too as there’s a fair amount f chopping involved to get that low without crushing the brake / abs lines.
