Very happy with the range. Did 209 miles with 32 mile left when I got home. Hit bad weather on way up to London rain and wind . Dry all way home but strong head wind most of the way. With all my plumbing tools in the back .This is not far away from the VW. 257 mile range . Stayed at motorway...

Probably because they flew off at 75 mph. They are going on my shopping list. I am doing a 200 mile motorway trip tomorrow so will get a good idea of range. Won’t be doing 85 mph all the way but won’t be hanging around. The problem with the buzz it would be happy at 90 mph if it was allowed...

I must get a set of roof racks . They look good can you remove then quickly as I don’t want to drive around all the time with them on . Do they make any noise? Coming up to 8000 mile on mine now. Gone over to octopus intelligence so all my charging is 7.5 p now . Windscreen replaced and back...

Tried to get the camera up the seat back at weekend but no luck. I think the seat or bulkhead will need to be removed to unclip the bottom of seat back cover.

Keep up the good work . Does that mean a t6 armrest will fit on the buzz ? That should make it easier to find an armrest. If I get a chance at the weekend I will see if I can get my prob camera up inside the seat without removing it. I only need one for the outside as I have converted the home...

    Newbie go easy

I fitted the THQ with leds in dipped beam and passed two MOTs . I found them to be a fantastic upgrade over standard. I keep hearing you need self levelling with LEDS but my buzz has factory leds and manual levelling . I find it better as I just drop them down when driving during the day when...

T6 Euro 6 UK road tax

I have been driving the buzz with free road tax but all changing next April. It’s going to be the same as all your t6 vans . I am happy to pay road tax as I drive it a lot for work but does it make sense to put it up to the same as petrol or diesel vans. I did get the £5000 government grant but...

Any update on the armrest? Just renewed insurance with Aviva and gone up from £400 for my 7 year old t6 kombi to £640 for the Buzz. I do use for work (plumber). I am employed by another company and get company car allowance including carrying gas. I am happy with this after all the bad press on...

Sounds hopeful. If it just needs a bush made and you get one with the eBay arm rest take the measurements and I will see if I can find someone to make a few. I have seen a video on youtube of someone making the hole on seat cover with a hot copper pipe so it melts the material as it goes through...

Mine has two singles but I am sure you can have them for the drivers but never seen anything on the twin seat. I can feel the hole in the foam on both of my single. It was a £109 option for four but as I said my was a canceled order. I think the ones in the photo must be early vans as the...

I emailed idkampers as they sell as a kit But not cheap. They sent back photo of seat with a rubber stopper in it but mine does not have this . If you do it’s an easy job according to them. My factory order I cancelled had them as very cheap to factory spec. If anyone can find how to fit...

Mine is only a commerce not the plus. It only has cruse control as standard but ACC was the only thing I wanted from the plus model. Had to keep to a budget. I did order a new one but was 7 months so found this canceled order and grabbed it. I had all I needed two seats and tail gate in...

Had an over the air update today. Wow got a user manual on the screen now. It’s under help if you need it. I also had a months free adaptive cruse control and voice control but ran out today. They want £8.95 a month for ACC and £6 for voice . I wouldn’t give the 10p for the voice as does nothing...

I charge mine over night with 4 hours at £0.09p a Kw. My range has dropped with the temps down to 0 deg only getting about 190 miles on the motorway at 70 ish. When the temp goes up to about 10 deg the range jumps a lot. I had a stone hit the screen last week so need to get that replaced now...

Is this the T8 in Ford (dis)guise ??

One thing I noticed is the back end sits high not like the t6 . This should make it sit better with weight in it and not look like it need lowering at the front. look Forward to see one with all the usual mods .

Added the voice control hoping it would control the heating system. This is the one I don't like adjusting as driving the most. Asked it the adjust the temperature and was told it cannot control this system. It can change the radio station and volume but not worth paying for after the free trial...

I just added adaptive cruse control to mine with a one month free trial from the vw shop. It was very easy to do . It downloaded to van and all working when I turned van on . The button light up on steering wheel so I can see why they changed the controls on the wheel. I wasn’t given a price to...
