    T6 mapping

I'm not against remapping, but don't do it because you think that it'll ever save you money. Even if it gave you an extra 2 mpg it'd take decades to pay for the cost of the remap.

HELP!!! Is is safe to run with the gearbox breather pipe off???

Hi I've found this loose pipe and it came away when I touched it. I think it should have bben clipped properly, but it was just loose. I need to do 180 miles before I can get to fix it. Is it safe to run? Thanks Derek

Engine swap CAUU 240 hp TDI from passat

Just wondering if anyone has replaced the CFCA 180 hp with a CAUU 240 hp from a passsat. It seems its a more durable (and more powerfull) engine and its also reasonably affordable...... i am interested if anyone has done it.

    T6 mapping

I had my old T6 re-mapped to from 140 to 180 ish and the fuel economy did improve. Most of my driving is done on the motorway and at 70mph my revs were 2000rpm, but after the re-map, they went down to about 1800rpm, and that's where I saw the improvements in mpg. I did a further trouble free 70k...

    Renogy 200W Flexi-Panel Install

My second flexi 180 has just died a death at Forum Spring Camp. 2 years old from Photonic Universe. Same symptoms as @Adscan , worked well until it got hot, then zero. I'm now going to make the jump to a 200w foldable type, just need to find the right one. I've officially had enough of the...

Value of a 180 Sportline with brand new engine

Hi all. Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on how the addition of a brand new engine and turbos etc would impact the value of a 180 Sportline? I fully appreciate I'd never get the money back from the engine replacement but surely someone would see the value in having a new engine? Ad...

Oem lower sliding door roller or aftermarket

I need to replace my lower sliding door roller one one side, original VW parts re £180, are other aftermarket parts any good? Autodoc suggest a replacement roller for £25, from a brand called Topran, anyone had any experience of this brand? At that priced I am tempted to do both lower rollers...

    T6.1 150ps Vs 110ps

Its my first van so my only comparison is a 180bhp L200 weighing much less, so my 180 van feels fine once you boot it some.

    Does this roller look ok?

£180 wow! Looks like more than what that guy has in his video? Looks like this actually bolts onto the door itself?

    Your imagination required…

Yeah I was trying to think of a way to keep good airflow around it. I could mount to the L shape bracket but then turn it 180 degrees so you’d just see the back of the bracket, which I could carpet?
