...Normally on B2B chargers there is a wire to the alternator circuit to detect that the engine is running in order to activate the charger. How old is your starter battery, if it’s not in good health the alternator output will be lost in the defective starter battery. Has it ever worked correctly?

your leisure battery will be charging, it will be sucking the life out of the starter until the starter battery voltage drops to the cut off voltage.

The 10mm2 will potentially give you 40A from the starter to the B2B charger which realistically is plenty, fuse it accordingly. The 6.00mm2 could be used for a conventional accessory load, say an amplifier for the van HU or anything else you might want from the starter rather than the leisure...

...for a Fogstar Drift 105Ah and now it doesn´t charge. The profil is tset correct, the ignition + works, all cables are ok, all my accessories have power... In the App I can see the leisure battery as well as the starter battery voltage so I assume batteries are connected correct. Any ideas?

...of a guess, but in general: Yep Usually just the leisure battery Yep Will charge whatever you connect it to, but not usually the starter battery via the leisure battery. You've got your Rayne charger doing your leisure battery, so the Noco would be better used to trickle the starter...

Trickle charge the starter battery and then when you drive anywhere, the DC charger will sort the leisure battery. Unless you only drive 5mins down the road ofcourse.
