    Ecoflow alternator charger wire route

So i've just about routed the cable through one of the two small grommets that come out behind the battery. Tighter than the ducks verbatim. Be it with a bit of the protective sheaf coming off. Not sure if the grommet will go back in place properly so relying on protective sheaf round the cable...

    Ecoflow alternator charger wire route

Just realised i can't route the cable through this grommet because the plate has to go back. Back to square one. How to get the cable of 23mm through the firewall behind the battery. The grommets are too small.

    Ecoflow alternator charger wire route

I've found the larger grommet by removing the plate connected to the scuttle bay. Problem now is the grommet won't stay in place. It's a bit worn, maybe a new grommet will do it but haven't got one. Superglue, gaffa?

    Ecoflow alternator charger wire route

Hi, i'm trying to install an Ecoflow alternator charger in my T6. The problem is routing the large cable through the fire wall grommets. The cable is too large. Has anyone done this successfully? Is there a larger grommet through the firewall? Thanks!!

    ABS sensor fault

Thank you all for your assistance. It would seem that the ABS problems have been resolved. 1st, I found a youtube clip which showed the wiring route from rear right (offside) to the rear light cluster. Linked . Although showing a T5 the details are the same. Having located the cable at the...

    Swivel Bases + Seatbase Batteries

On a single seat swivel, the base, with battery, chargers and cables, doesn't move, just the seat on the top half of the swivel. Things like seatbelt sensor wires route through the centre of the swivel

    Databus Errors T6.1

I'm midway through running some cables for a service batteries and its looking like I've disturbed some of the wiring harness. I routed some cables from underneath the glovebox to the left side of the engine bay, sharing one of the glands with some wiring harness to get to the starter battery -...

What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Hardest bit is routing and pulling cables. It's a very simple install, at least it was for me, as I don't actually have a leisure battery, but from what I have seen this is a DIY project. It will come down to your confidence and ability I guess but a good few Youtube vids available so I'd say...

How to remove black square on t6.1 roof for spraying

Ok so I've found some photos for reference. (Apologies for gratuitous 'dump') There are posts/info on here and possibly YouTube on how to get off the SoS unit but my recollection is such: Apologies I'm not sure how far YOU will have to go to get to the 'other' end of your Antenna connection or...

SPOTTED - 'Was it you?' thread

Looks like the electric must be included in his pitch fee. I initially thought he was powering the tent from the car, but looks like its charging his car going by the route the cable takes. I don't think the site owners would be too happy

    Trusted towbar install ,

It doesn’t specifically say where to route the cable under the vehicle , just the grommets to replace to enter the steering column and battery connections . I guess what I’m asking is from towbar itself the best route to the engine bay .

    Trusted towbar install ,

Hi 😄, Installing the trusted towbar and just wondering if there’s any specific routes for the cable to be installed ? I’ve done the towbar itself just have the task of the wiring loom now. 13 pin. I presume this will need coding after install? Wiring loom is from right connections.

Leisure Battery - Basic 'on the road' charging set up

Greetings One & All. I'm fairly new here (and to T6 life < 1month). My T6 (5-door panel van) was new 6 years ago (2019) I have an existing leisure battery that currently lives under the passenger seat. I charge it at home and it does what I need for a long weekend. I'd like to charge it on...

    Dellmassive`s Camper Van Adventure

Tnx Dell, much appreciated. I just got the 3M wrap foil in so I'm ready for the next step. To give back to the forum I'm happy to make some pictures and post back. There are a couple of solar threads so I'll find one to add it to I guess, don't want to highjack this thread.

    - Did you just put a bead off kit along the front edge to seal it and hold in place? I see others do it with an all z-profile. - yes Tigerseal acreoss the front, then down the left & right sides. - Why the masking tape while fitting? Was it for easy alignment because of the strong velcro? -...

Bluetti AC 200L and 12v or AC 240?

It can do the same in the sense that you can run a 12v system from the AC200L, but it requires the D40 adapter between the unit and the 12v fuseboard. I was originally looking at doing the same as you but I'm going to opt of the newer, better (more expensive...) Bluetti Apex 300 with the hub...

    Badjamins van conversion

That's a fair point. I have a cig lighter socket on my control panel... It would be slow charging yes but the suitcase panel isn't much quicker. more thinking required on this. Maybe I should hold off on the old solar holing for now. I can more than likely route the solar without having to rip...
