I've never had PayPal and never needed it, I buy stuff online regularly, no problem.

Renogy are Chinese. They have no UK customer services and no phone number. You can expect one reply a day :( I have a paypal case open at the moment trying to return an item.

It is possible for you to pay by card using PayPal's payment platform (for things like this forum...) but not actually have a PayPal account - they merely act as the payment processor It then enables you to use credit card retaining your rights and protection as normal Just sayin'

I find PayPal quite useful and use it most of the time. Never been asked for photo ID though.

My problem is different but more relevant to this thread than any other. I have deleted my PayPal account but when my subscription comes up for renewal I would like to renew. I cannot find any other method of payment, is there one?

Thanks for that Lads, I must have sent them a dozen emails from 2 accounts (in case one ended up in spam folder) and tried to call them multiple times and not a peep ! Hardly confidence inspiring stuff when looking to purchase expensive components ! So you both rate their spare wheel carrier...
