I've been reading your post with interest, as I am considering fitting a PV Logic rigid panel to the poptop on my van, having had three flexible panels fail. In your initial post, you mentioned that there was a slight curve in your poptop; would you mind telling me how much, and how you worked...

I drilled twin wall and sikaflexed the plastic bolts underneath the twin wall, but the solar panel just ripped the plastic bolts straight out. I had driven approx 3000 miles with it until this happened.

Its by no means a perfect system compared to the standard camper electrical setup of leisure batteries, split charge, solar ect as there is some significant compromises to be made using Powerstations, but the main advantage is complete modularity & flexibility.
I have been doing a lot of...

Hello again,
Well the man who jump started my van put the clamps on the positive and negative battery terminals (see photo), he was a qualified mechanic and he used a portable booster pack for source (not another car) .......was this wrong
are you using the crock clips?
or the wired quick discounects?
whatever you use, make sure you dont use the battery NEG post - use the light bracket or other chassis NEG. .
set it to AGM battery mode for the T6 starter battery.
