I use a Anker Solix 100w, simple design as the panel folds and is very well constructed, so can be packed away and is not too bulky. Same will apply to your 100w Ecoworthy panel.
On the bottom edge I've just put some foam, which is removed to fold the panel away. And the top bar is simply an...
I got a folding dashtop 100w solar panel that plugs into the cigar lighter. Think at the best of time it gets about 50w but a 'steal' risk so don't usually use it at home.
Put solar on. I've got a 100Ah lifepo and only 100W solar, but in summer in mainland Europe with compressor fridge running and other bits of phone charging and stuff I can stay off grid for days. I lose a net 10Ah per day usually, so an easy 8 days without having to need the dc-dc.
I use a renogy 1000w inverter paired to a 100w lithium. It powers my nespresso citiz and the nespresso milk frother (just, as it complains a bit during initial heating but always pulls through)
The cheap and cheerful Renogy 100w suitcase panels are back down to £60 - seriously tempted just to get another set myself and use them as a ground array for the shed

100w NDS Lightsolar panel. Brand new unfitted panel box has only been opened to take the pictures.
These are a really high quality panel and thanks to the rear (underside) cable only sit less than 1cm above your roofline.
Current retail price is £280 - Save yourself £100 and buy mine for £180...
...weekend even in full sun I wasn't getting nowhere near 200w.
Thanks have popped it back on the roof again now while it's sunny and still the same. Just hovers around the 100w.
Since upgrading g my LB to a Lithium I have changed the battery settings in the MPPT. Is there anything else that check?
...looks good but may need some help with location of some items.
I had a bigger camper (6.5m) before Elnagh Sleek 585 but sold that last year as it was not getting used as it is too big for Cornish lanes.
I am just about to replace the installed solar panel as it failed with a new 100w unit.
I have my rigid bolted onto roof bars. It’s only 100w but panel size doesn’t matter-you just move the roof bars further apart to fit your specific panel.
...more that 50A over a 16mm2 cable.
So maybe drop your 100A fuse down to 50A from the Roamer.
3mm2 cable for the 12v socket is a bit small if you plan on pulling the 100w+ 15A that some devices will draw, IE tyre pump or laptop charger.
Same with the fridge..... I'd beef up the fridge feed...
I’m having same issues with a Dometic CRX50.
New LB last year, I have 100w solar on roof with readings between 12.4-13.0 volts, everything working fine until last week.
I fitted 2 x 100w renogy panels and a skylight. Panels stuck down with black sikaflex. The skylight is one of the best things I have done to my van. Fresh air and light
