If they won’t fix any of the issues to sell a van just imagine how hard it will be to get a warranty repair. If you accept the warranty is effectively worthless, they are probably not disclosing other problems and you have money to spend on likely repairs then throw your money at them...

I’d say the premium you would pay for a Kombi vs a panel van and fitting windows, would be more than you would recoup from selling the rear seats. On the flip side, majority of panel vans will have a double passenger seat so you would be looking at £800 plus to source a single passenger seat...
