My van has all those requirements, it was built by Sherwood Campers.

It does because the OPs consumer rights are against whoever sold them the van. And if that's a private seller then there are very limited rights - generally the goods must be accurately described during the sale but there is no obligation on a private seller to disclose any faults or damage...

Just got in touch with Sherwood campers. Apparently they only install Reimo pop tops now

Not entirely sure you need to show a sink for the camper conversion. I know you need a least a one ring hob and associated storage. I guess any potential resale value would improve with a sink fitted

Same here, was looking to get a T6 4 motion to replace my ageing t5 and at the budget I had was looking at a couple of 100k miles 2016 highlines panel vans. Then I stumbled across the one I have now, 67plate DSG 204 highline 4 motion with leather and factory LED lights, Reimo pop top and camper...

Most of it myself. Had the pop top fitted by Vanmax and the interior made by Northern Rose campers and I fitted it. Cushions and upholstery was done by a local furniture upholsterers and I fitted my own blinds.
