I'd agree with Pete C, even a low power caravan kettle is going to be 1kw. If you can use gas for a kettle, everything else should be fine on 12v. As for coolers, 12v is possiblebbut they are reportedly quite power hungry. Have a look here ...

That’s basically the setup I bought but with a 30l bucket which can substitute as a beer cooler. If the shower doesn’t last too long, no bother only cheap and the wife has refused to use it!

We use a dometic combicool ACX 40G ...works well for us ( power‘d by Gas/12v/240v) it’s not a permanent fit item ..couldn’t see the sense in buying a really expensive fridge only to use it a few time a year..but double’s up as beer cooler in the man cave :whistle:
