I don’t know what model you have fitted, but at least some Allpowers 100W solar panels available now seem to be 30V open circuit. This is well outside the CTEK spec. Simon

I've just sold a Dokio 200W portable panel (Amazon) and previously had the Renogy 100W suitcase. Both decent, but the Dokio was about half the price of Renogy (£115 for 200W incl. PWM, Prime deal) and similar performance levels, pulled about 10.6A through the panel in UK sunlight. Would recommend.

If you're lying it flat on the van roof you wont get full power. Try tilting the panel towards the sun at around 30-45 degrees.
