This fuse box is the one under the gear lever, behind the bottle opener if you have a comfort dash. Use any fuse in the upper part middle row for ignitionlive. BCM stands for Body Control Module
Further to the above, if @roadtripper 's comments HERE regarding SH5 being switched live when trailer detected, is there an option to turn that fuse (SH5) to switched live irrespective of trailer detection with VCDS?
Answers on a postcard please!
This is the Rcbo I have Wylex 6A 30mA DP Type B Mini RCBO - Screwfix
I think it should disconnect both live and neutral so I’m hoping it’s just this single unit I need in the CU
Am I correct?
If I move the charger to under bonnet how will it charge the leisure battery? I’m using a cttek...
:speechless:
There is nothing available when ignition is OFF.
Also please post exact live data label you need - as in OBDeleven none of the labels refers to wastegate. Perhaps a bypass...
Anyways, VCDS data item "Turbocharger 1 turbine bypass valve 1 bank 1:- Raw voltage" reads 3.95±0.01...
@radfraz if you don't have an existing factory second battery them you will not have any of the wiring under the seats.
If you are retrofitting then removing the BCM connector, pinning it up and then coding everything up in VCDS is the gold standard of doing it but not necessary.
You can get...
Yeah looks like you have a factory fitted aux battery with some extra looms the same as mine. I just removed all of the extra RAC stuff including the stuff that goes forwards and will install my leisure stuff completely separate, and leave all that alone. Whilst you’ve got it like that might be...
Hi guys,
Not fully a crafter but very close I am struggling to find a fuse diagram for a 2021 MAN TGE.
I am looking for an ignitionlive for the CTEK 250 if someone had any info on which of the fuses bottom right under the steering wheel would be best to take a feed from.
Thank you for...
Does anyone know if there is an “IgnitionLive” or a “Engine Running Live” under the passenger seat or drivers seat of my VW T6 Kombi Twin Slider with Tow Bar? I’d rather not pick up from under dash fuse box, if there is one here available. TIA
Thanks.
I will just have to try them out by trial and error until I find one I think.
Failing that is the any wires under the bonnet that are ignitionlive feeds?
First things first
Interested to see if we could see anything peculiar in engine data. Perhaps you could post the following please:
1) Full VCDS Auto-Scan
2) Engine blockmap - Ignition ON/engine OFF
3) Engine blockmap - Engine running at idle
How-to create a blockmap file...
I am running 235/65/17 Wildpeaks and the VW speedo underreads by 1mph across most speeds, ie when I am doing 70mph on the VW speedo I am actually doing 71mph on my Sat Nav. I never use my speedo anyway as I have a sat nav on the dash that is ignitionlive on with the 12v socket and so I use...
Did you test pin 10 also with engine running or just ignition on? I’ll try to verify from wiring diagrams in a bit which one it should be
Don’t mind the wire colors in above diagram, that was just some generic pinout from google
Anyway, towbar is wired to left D-pillar, then on to left seat...
...the wire in/out,
so i ended up binning it off..

Traditionally you would connect D+ to a circuit that is only live with the ignition in the fully on position 2.
This will work but has the downside that your DC-DC...
POWER!!!!!
OK - time for some juice ;)
Thanks to a forum member here ( @t6blo I'm looking at you!) I got myself an Ecoflow Delta Mini for a fair price.
I wanted the flexibility of being able to drag the whole unit out of the van and use it elsewhere, which I wouldn't have achieved with a...
