    OZ Rally Raid 17’s

I've got 225/65/17 on 8" rims, and whist totally within guidelines; the tyres do look a bit thin IMO.

    engines - 102PS and 150PS difference?

I live near the A1 and it's mostly 60 limits here for all vehicles but my Kombi just feels like it's labouring a bit at 60 in sixth unless I'm going downhill. I changed the Claytons for 235/55/18 as soon as I bought it so can't recall what difference it made. The engine has plenty of power but...

    18” Tyre recommendations

Would that give a more comfortable ride than 255/45? Thanks. 18” is Max OEM I believe?

All Season Vs Summer & Winters?

I've run the Nokian weatherproof SUV's in 235/60/17 & 235/55/18 so they are slightly taller than stock (10mm), giving a 3% ish lift in gearing, but that's fine, and they look better and fill the arches. Often these more aggressive patterns get noisy as the milage creeps up, but I haven't...

    Amarok Wheels on a T6

I went from 215/60/17 to 235/55/18. This added 20mm to the rolling diameter, i.e. 10mm increase in height. This with the extra width feels nice. They are less harsh on rough roads. OEM Amarok tyres were too large for my taste.

    OZ Rally Raid 17’s

Plenty of people have 245s with no problem and many will tell you that’s the biggest you can go without rubbing or lifting.

All Season Vs Summer & Winters?

Worth looking at camskill. I just got a set of 225/40/18 weatherproofs and they were £10 a tyre cheaper than elsewhere EDIT: dont bother on this occasion as Tyreleader are cheaper for your size

    Michelin Agilis Crossclimate

Just thought I'd share my experience of Nokian Weatherproofs; I bought my van in late 2019 and quickly replaced the 16" Claytons with some 18" steels and Nokian Weatherproof 235/55/18. All was well in the world and I have posted several times on here about how good they were, excellent in the...

AT 235/55/18 - does the extra sidewall cause issues?

If you want to run 18" wheels the GG AT3 235/55/18 will be a great choice IMO. I have pretty much the same vehicle as you and have just put some Pirelli Scorpion AT+ 225/65/17 on, and I'm really happy with them. You can go for 235/65/17 which may look a bit better, but I didn't want to...

    Changing from 215/60/17..

No, the will they fit site is slightly confusing in the way it presents that data, but it means that theoretically, when travelling at 60mph your speedo would display 52. That isn’t accurate for 2 reasons though. you haven’t used your Devonport size as a comparison and as has already been said...

    255 60 18 Inch Amarock Wheels

I found 255/60/18 fouled the inner arches. I'm running 235/60/18 with no issues whatsoever.....General Grabber AT3s

All terrain tyres - recommendations and pictures

Mine isn't lowered and no rubbing. The ultimate test is to compress the front suspension by slowly driving up a kerb with 1 wheel... on full lock for 1 wheel rotation....

How Big A Wheel / Tyre Without Rubbing

It wont take a 255/55/18 general Grabber AT3. Although on the ramp it fits on the hub, goes round, doesn't scrub on lock....it scrubs on lock when the suspension is compressed. A 235/60 just manages with no scrubbing what so ever.

    DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control) Retrofit

Thanks Chris, I was just looking at a photo of it a wondered that. I think it has 18” fitted at the moment so maybe bigger rims are the answer.

AT 235/55/18 - does the extra sidewall cause issues?

Gillyg, Thanks that makes it seem back to front..... which is why a picture paints...... I had it my head that the 255 was the one to go for as it was bigger, and now i know why the 235 are more popular so thanks again, Just to add even more confusion, i've swayed from the GG AT3 towards...

All terrain tyres - recommendations and pictures

...to check is load rating, the GG are fine for all T6's some tyres have 100 or similar load ratings, can be too low for some T6. I've run 235/60/18 (or similar), and so long as you aren't too low, and maybe with some spacers they will fit. Even more choices with 255/55/18; they look great.But...
