Problem solved! I took the van to my installer who found a split pipe on the outflow from the main tank. The pipe had a slight bend in it due to its location. It had split on the bend. Replaced with some braided pipe. Not a quick fix as it involved dropping the diesel tank and I’m 3 months out...

The last time I saw a heat exchanger expand and split like that there had been a ‘combustion event’ inside it. Has anybody put any solvents / cleaners through the induction system?

It most probably is as you drive with a split charge relay which aren’t brilliant. Better off with a Victron Orion 50 amp dc to dc charger.

Yeah, there's no sign of any leaks, I've been pointed towards a possible split hose on the EGR valve (which they replaced)... pollen filter was replaced yes.

A pillar grab handles are a doddle , just require a kit and careful drilling like Split says . B pillar grab handles require new trims aswell as the kit consisting of handle, handle cover, bracket and screws .

Just cutting some ply for my seat base install and it’s all splitting through the middle, have I done something wrong?

Just had my tailgate seal changed under warranty as it was creased and had split. Leaking either side of the hinges. Also, check that debris hasn't built up under the hinges...water is supposed to run along the tailgate joint with the roof but if this is blocked then the water pools.

I have 2 outlets as mine is a 4Kw and it is split forwards and back. A 60mm duct can go to the rearmost area.( the largest arrow)

Definitely replaced that old AGM for a 100ah and they DC,-dc charger. If you have the factory split charge relay then you have all the cables you need to get it up and running.. I done the same thing on my 2018 T6 with factory leisure battery...

It’s the actual filter that has split can these be welded.
