    What Have You Bought Today?

Ours is outside, under an awning, on a table, it's wonderful, especially with wind deflectors, job done! In an enclosed space I can understand the concern.

    Driver Window Issue

Thermal cutout resets itself I'd say it's not happy with your wind deflectors and thermal is due to how many cycles it's gone through and jammed

The Sandwich Van. My T6 project

You might want to get some extra clips from ebay, the Heiko's have a habit of falling out after a while! Especially on the side that is parked towards the sun, the sticky bits can be affected.

Drivers window going down when trying to close it

Had I read your post before fitting the wind deflectors, I would have held off. As it is - all ok here. Hope you get that sorted out cheaply. At least it didn't happen the other way round where the window motor pushes the window up too far. Good luck.

    POP Top roof manufacturer Identification

Hi All, does anyone recognise this elevating roof and manufacturer? It has a curved front spoiler and a fluted pattern on the top of the roof? Its not one we are familiar with but need to source a new front wind deflector. We've tried all the suppliers we know but to no avail Thanks, Ian

    Wind deflectors - my comparison.

So not sure if this will swing opinion, for me it was a result anyway. I purchased a set of Climair wind deflectors from Euro Car Parts and collected them today. Popped the box open when I got home and was greeted by two deflectors (smoke not dark for me), 2 rubber pieces and 2 clips.... but no...

    New pop top

We have a Reimo Easyfit, not cheap, but has given nearly 8 years of faultless service. No leaks or rattles, just starting to show some corrosion on the hinges. I’m also a tight (Barnsley) Yorkshire man, it isn’t about not spending the money, it’s about getting the maximum value for what you...

Genuine wind deflector - clips and fitting

I have been given a set of VW wind deflectors by a mate who now no longer has a van, only issue being there are no clips or sittings with them. Don’t suppose anyone has a fitting guide and also where I can get the clips etc I need? Pics for reference.

What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

They're good. Haven't dropped out yet. If you jetwash in the area where the clips are it'll let a little bit of water in. Other than that they're spot on. I didn't wanna buy a set that needed a screw. I'd recommend.

    Essential Mods

...from there once I know how much money I’ve got left. As part of that I’d soundproof the cab while the van is in pieces. Then a set of wind deflectors as they are great for ventilation while camping. And sort the suspension if needed to cope with the extra weight of the conversion. Niceties...

    Fuel Lagoon - Exterior Blind

Do you have wind deflectors on your side windows ?

    Full size roof rack options

Yeah I'm ok with a slight bit of wind noise, I do have an awning currently fitted and really don't notice it at all. It's hard to know without actually driving one with it installed though! The frontrunner is lower profile and with the air deflector so should be better.

    Fuel Lagoon - Exterior Blind

I have the very basic one in case we ever get around to camping in the 6.1 Caravelle and it fits fine even with the wind deflectors - just a bit tricky to use the front door as you'd expect but mirrors are fine

    Windscreen claim

My deflector was stuck to the screen itself (Hilo roof) so no choice in my case.
