There are MOT compliant H4 halogen lamps that will provide a very small improvement but in my experience, to get a significant improvement you'll have to change your headlights for H7 or proper LED units. There are many pages of content on this forum about both options.

That's the DRL. Does the DRLs work on your H4 headlights? If so, then should work fine on H7s. Check the DRL bulbs are properly inserted. And if they are LED; try turning them 180 degs in case they only work in one position. (positive to positive and negative to negative)

Thank you guys , it turns out I do have a H4 set of bulbs. On the hunt for good set of bulbs and pray they come out as I would expect. If not, then it’s all about trial and error I suppose? Any recommendations is welcomed though :)

I just have normal halogen 55w bulbs. But I’m comparing the Caravelle H7 to the Original T6 H4 which are truly shocking. I’m not sure how they compare to the new design on the T6.1

Sorry to be a pain again guys but my h4 has a p21 drl bulb in the h7 the drl now becomes the main beam do I have to change the connector I thought it was just plug and play but their two different bulbs
