Bought this in Febuary this year, but it's to big for my needs, it's only been out the box to look at.
looking for £180 posted or £170 cash on collection (cornwall)
please ask if you would like more info or detailed pics
150 is a sensible figure. Well within what tuners recommend as max on the 5 speed drivetrain. My old 102 5 speed was mapped to 180 and didn't destroy itself.
...wheels: I am running Falken 235/65 winter tyres on GP steels and it feels a little long-legged, but still goes dam well and flys over 70 np. Speed is all relative to a 2t+ van with a 2l 180 diesel engine (new now but was still good when shagged). I am always impressed how it goes.
Good luck
Both identical, measurements 1320mm x 1200mm x 70mm. Only on for 8 months then changed to something else. Very solid construction. Just need a clean. £180 for the pair. Collection from M41
...the torque value for bolts 21,22,23 in your attachment. I've just done timing belt kit replacement and fond two contradicting values for those bolts, one of which is 40nm+180° and I feel uneasy to apply such a force for the bolts that going into an engine block without confirmation. Kind regards.
isnt it the same?
I have an old t5.1 Caravelle 180 with a brand new engine fitted and in the summer we drove to Corfu and back fully loaded with kids, bikes and stuff. Heading up in to the mountains I did wonder what a 85~100 bhp feels like in a van like this?
Hi If you are about to buy a 180 t6 my advice is to leave it where it is as they are all doomed to failure unless they have been fitted with a new engine and the EGR has been blanked off from new people are under the misconception that the version of cooler makes them good or bad all the coolers...
...and the proposed solar kit. The MPPT connects to the battery though so the Sargent setup is not really relevant. I think my panel is 150w (maybe 180) and this is sufficient to extend the life of the battery off grid but not sufficient to maintain it indefinitely. I can get a few days off grid...
...As per link here are some Darkside Developments T5 T6 EGR cooler blanking plates for 2.0 bitdi 180 CFCA used on my engine for a few months. All good re useable condition as stainless steel. Fixings may be required, I have put a couple of them in the package, but a few more required unless you...
It's easy enough to DIY it, I've done both of mine at home but didn't use genuine parts, they've lasted several years;
This video refers to a T5 but it's exactly the same;
I've bought a 2017 Sportline. It's a 180, dsg which is Euro6b, start stop but has no adblue. Shouldn't it have adblue?
I've spent quit a bit of time searching the Internet and can't work it out.
Anyone got any ideas?
...I would prefer collection from Mid Devon.
But I can post. At an additional cost.
Below is a picture still on my van and in use.
I would like £180 for them.
Any questions please ask.
