150 is a sensible figure. Well within what tuners recommend as max on the 5 speed drivetrain. My old 102 5 speed was mapped to 180 and didn't destroy itself.

...wheels: I am running Falken 235/65 winter tyres on GP steels and it feels a little long-legged, but still goes dam well and flys over 70 np. Speed is all relative to a 2t+ van with a 2l 180 diesel engine (new now but was still good when shagged). I am always impressed how it goes. Good luck

...the torque value for bolts 21,22,23 in your attachment. I've just done timing belt kit replacement and fond two contradicting values for those bolts, one of which is 40nm+180° and I feel uneasy to apply such a force for the bolts that going into an engine block without confirmation. Hi If you are about to buy a 180 t6 my advice is to leave it where it is as they are all doomed to failure unless they have been fitted with a new engine and the EGR has been blanked off from new people are under the misconception that the version of cooler makes them good or bad all the coolers...
