DON’T put more than 0.75gallon in (3litres ish). Follow the top up procedure to the letter.

Might be worth expanding on this event a bit. Sounds like a possible culprit.

Yeh mine is T6 Kombi (2019 model) and doesn't have any of the heat mesh on it.

My T6.1 registered 16000 miles on ad blue when new now reading 14000. John.

Much bigger tank - if that is the case, with the miles that I do, I reckon the ad blue would break down and give problems long before it was used up.
