255/45/18 Uniroyal rainsports, about 1k miles on them tops.

I don’t believe the same sticker is on all vehicles though. Don’t think mine includes 255/45/18 for instance.

Should be a VW sticker inside the door opening with the different wheel/tyre sizes and pressures, definitely has 255 45 18 shown.

Mine on the left and my friends T5.1 on standard suspension on the right. Both are on 18” Sportline alloys with 255/45 18 tyres.

T5.1 & T6 came with 255/45/18 but if you bought the wheels as an option or were dealer fitted like mine they came with 235/50/18.

255 40 18 sounds a bit low profile the usual suspect is a 255 45 18 that's what I've got on my 18" wheels and they're ten a penny.

Has anyone fitted these or indeed any other size of this brand. I am thinking of changing to these from my 16" Claytons with road tyres. They will be fitted to 18" Calibre X Load Alloy Wheels. I understand thet they are slightly suspect in the wet. I am a sedate driver, I never go above sixty...

I'm on 255/45/18 103's currently 48 all round (loaded with winter trip kit), usually run at 46 front 42 rear. I'm always checking for tyre wear from under or over inflation, all good so far 4K miles on this set.

I run 18s, 255/45/18 103y xl Never had any tyre troubles .

18 x 8.5j with 255/45 is the standard VW fit. Good place to start.
