...to the starter battery would also eventually trigger that function.
There's a connection on the DC-DC charger for ignition signal which is necessary when a smart alternator is installed, perhaps that could be hijacked somehow trigger the leisure charge function?
I'll look into the AMT12...
The required cable spec should be in the installation instructions so check, but I imagine 2mm2 should be fine given the low current. In terms of location, can it go right by the B2B - that’s certainly convenient in the sense that all the right connections are present…
AMT will explain the different output between the pics. It will also go some way to explaining the usage overnight, especially if your starter battery is a bit low.
Lots of inspiration from the previous work on here and this is what I’ve ended up with.

Hi JLDD, I think the settings are right. I certainly managed to set original 2 which should be right for my seat base battery and smart alternator. I’ve got the doors open now trying to run the SB battery down. There’s barely any solar at the moment so I may be stuffed.
Most standard setups don’t have anything to maintain the starter battery, which is then easily flattened by things like opening the doors as this wakes up the van’s electrics.
There is a wonderful gizmo called an Ablemail AMT-12-2, which trickle charges the starter battery from a healthy...
Someone (I think it was @TallPaul_S ) has their ablemail AMT12-2 hooked up to the load output of their Victron MPPT charger, and monitors the activity of the AMT12-2 via bluetooth/VRM (remote). Very clever use of this feature, and something I might adopt next time I have another reason...
Got my AMT12-2 and ABB 007 bluetooth unit back from Ablemail. I was struggling to to link the ABB to the AMT, so after discussions with Jonathan Eagle, I sent the units back for investigation. They determined that my AMT unit was of the older generation and not compatable with the ABB. AMT...
...is left with this fitted. My usage isn't huge, but would rather get it right first time than get something smaller and regret later.
Also under the seat would need to be the below with the relevant cabling and fuses.

Just bagged myself a Fogstar Drift Pro 105ah with £50 off in the BF sale. Not sure how long the sale is on, so take a look if you’re after a bargain. Thanks to @ginkster for the heads up about this a few weeks back.
Ablemail AMT-12 purchased last week too.
Not all DC-DC chargers trickle charge the starter - I believe the CTEK250s do - what type do you have?
If it doesn't then the AMT-12 is a popular solution as it will trickle charge from LB to Starter regardless of what's charging the LB.
It's unlikely your starter will charge off the EHU...
If you have a DC-DC charger already then very often you can fit the AMT-12 there as you have all the terminals you need (battery positive from both and a ground) - care just needs to be taken that you don't compromise the high current connections in the terminals by trying to wedge in the...
Should you decide to go for a lithium LB in the future, the IP 22 can't charge different profiles from each output. I'd be tempted to fit either 2 separate chargers, one for the LB & one for the starter, or simply fit a maintainer like an AMT-12.
Knowing how much people like photos of various electical set ups, here's one of my mine taken this morning after adding the AMT12-2. I know I should really tidy up all the connections to the positive terminal on the battery by adding a bus bar, but that's a job for another day.
Kit as...
