...to recover this cost. If I get full price, I'll include in the sale the original suspension system with just 400 miles + a made to measure Duvalay matress for the RnR bed.
I have a new vehicle coming end November so I'm not wanting to part with this one until then.
I won't hide that this is...
Hi @ShrimpsDave. , welcome to the forum!
We use Duvalays.
We had the 4cm and now the 5cm; Mrs CAB was fine with both but I am a side sleeper, and found the thicker one much better.
After my first (very bad) night's sleep in my new van, I've come here searching for solutions...
All the Duvalay stuff is so expensive, which makes me more nervous about making the wrong decision for my circumstances.
First up, I need a solo solution - I doubt that my wife will ever be...
Looks good @BuilderJay . Can this be installed with the rear seats in position? Mattress looks ok but I'd say a duvalay may be wise, if nothing else to protect the mattress and frame.
Saw this today in The Range and wondered about it as a ‘value’ option instead of a Duvalay. I will need to trim it to width and sew the cover to size but still a good saving. Has anyone tried these, or have experience of a cheap memory foam topper versus a Duvalay? Thanks
...and 2.5cm depth. The The larger one used once. Both come with storage bags and there’s a set of pillow cases included.

Cost nearly £300 when I purchased them, looking for...
We’ve just had a custom comfort (2.5cm) Duvalay topper made for our 120cm RIB and have a tip that may be useful to others.
Ours was made to 122cm x 180cm with a small corner cutout. Cost us £180.
Duvalay charge £29.95 for their fitted sheet to cover, which we thought was a bit steep.
We’ve...
Controversial but we couldn’t go for Duvalay as our setup leaves very little storage behind the bed between rear doors and they are a fair old size when rolled.
Took a punt in Decathlons SleepinBed - basically the top half is sleeping bag and the integrated bottom is a SIM. They’ve been great...
...foam. I then cut the 2cm and 5cm to match the original size and squeezed them into the seat pockets. To level this out we added a 2cm gold Duvalay rolled over the top and voila! The boss is happy now that she has 3 layers of foam/toppers totalling 10cm but with minimal consumption of storage...
We pondered the Duvalay sleeping bags but concluded that we prefer a duvet, sleeping bags always feel constrained to me, even though the Duvalays are open on one side. We bought a Duvalay Freshtec mattress instead, it’s very comfortable and cool. Premium price vs others but no regrets here.
...revolution self inflating mattress I tried other things and none of them worked out for me and I didn't want to go to the expensive of a duvalay I've been using it for a year now and cant fault it at all in fact I sleep better on it than my bed at home lol I don't use a sleeping bag I went...
Been to the Duvalay showroom in Heckmonswipe and bought a sleeping bag system for me and a topper for the wife she already has a camping sleeping bag she likes
...solution as easy to use and the headrests are built into the seats so the cushion gap is not straight, which means you don’t notice it. With Duvalay bedding it is fantastic. We have a Kong hammock type seat cover that worked well in our SUV (2 terriers) and in the VW but just ordered from...
I've opened the pop top for the first time this year to check whether the canvas was ok after the winter. Whilst it was up I put the new duvalay 5cm freshtec mattress up in the pop top to see if the pop top (a Skyline Aurora) would close with it in place - the answer was an emphatic NO. It will...
...our pop top bed. Currently have been putting our RIB topper up there but its bulky and can be too heavy to keep the roof raised. Also have Duvalays (just the Compact ones tho) but don't use as much as end up turning and the topper being spun to the side or on top.
We have a thin piece of...
...to deal with them they have always been very helpful. Sorry I can't help with the bedding storage as we have never used it for sleeping (our duvalay mattress and topper roll up and store on the rear of the Smart bed when we're away). Its's a personal thing but I suspect that if I was buying...
Hi all, just seen this thread. I have just ordered a VW Campervan Comfort Topper Bundle from the Duvalay website. 5cm deep topper with the gold memory foam option, fitted zip on / off under sheet cover, two pillow cases and a storage bag. It cost £285 which is not exactly cheap but I figured...
