    Best Mattress

...you can get it right it just annoys me. I can't comment on which to buy but from my research I've decided to go for the cooling topper from duvalay. Ordered like 2 days ago. Couple of reasons, while comfort is subjective I've not really read any complaints about it and I personally just...

    Single most useful thing

Without a good night's sleep, you (or your partner) can easily fall out of love with a campervan, so anything that promotes sleep comfort would be my #1 priority - whatever it takes, be that a diesel heater, an electric blanket, a SIM, a mattress topper or a Duvalay.

Full width rib bed mattress topper

...my full width RIB bed (rusty lee) fitted in a few weeks. Sorry if this question has been asked loads of times but..... I can't see to find a duvalay mattress topper the width of the bed 1470mm, the biggest I can find is 1300mm. Am I looking in the wrong places or is that the widest available...

How to transport a mattress topper

We've also got a Duvalay that rolls up and goes the rear of the bed. We don't leave it in the van all the time and the first time that the bed is set on a trip, we make the bed (Duvalay, quilted cotton topper and fitted sheet) and just roll the whole lot up after that. It's actually just the...

    Mattress topper

I’ve gone for a 50mm duvalay. It’s a nice memory foam and I can recommend it.

Thanks wobbler. Our first thoughts are for single beds so do you think 77 would leave room for walking down the middle. Can you recall the width of the seats and was the duvalay good quality .

    Mobiframe Seat Bed Comfort

...I want to get it right, having learnt a lot from our current one about what i would do differently. The frame and floor seemed very good with lots of flexibility, but would be ideal if I could ditch the very thick mattress we carry with us right now and just make do with the Duvalay sleeping...

Austops, Skyline poptop roof - closed front pics pls

I have the skyline skylow, has a great look in my opinion, but no chance of any type of mattress being left up there, the profile is just too low…I throw a Duvalay up there and get on just fine.

Duvalay - which one to go for?

We use a 2" thick memory foam egg crate type mattress topper inside a singe duvet cover. It's comfortable and relatively inexpensive (£60) compared to rip off Duvalay mattresses. And it rolls up fairly small too.

    A comfy nights sleep? Help

You’re selling it. I definitely agree you do compromise when sharing the bed, even subconsciously when asleep which is maybe why we wake a lot. I think I’ll pinch the Duvalay tonight and give it a go. 🤞

    Mattress for Horizon Poptop

Correct, there is no room to keep one up there. Mine has a 10mm firm foam covering over the top of my bed board, not sure if that's standard. I use a Duvalay with a 5cm memory foam mattress in it, it's ok for a couple of nights.

    Best Mattress

+1 Duvalay. Went with the comfort as I thought needed to stack the deck to get the good lady wife to embrace van sleeps. I have to say, I often have MUCH better sleeps in the van (quantified by garmin body battery) versus in the house, even better if it’s me solo when doing running events etc...

    A comfy nights sleep? Help

I think you are correct, especially if you are a side sleeper. We have 5cm Duvalays and I will find it not enough on my hips. Have tried additional blankets but thinking about different options, including shorter SIMs in addition. Mrs CAB doesn't have an issue, but mostly sleeps on her back.
