The engine will rev higher during a re-gen. Edit time and have you had the new battery coded into the van or does the van think you've still got the old battery and displaying the old battery circling the drain?

Hi, you should be ok with any competent mechanic with the means of coding the new battery to the van. I replaced the battery myself on mine.
