T6 gxd 2.0 TDI no start no fault codes

Hello I have a problem with a T6 CXG 2.0TDI

multi-v belt broken and caught in the timing belt
I replaced:
timing belt
camshaft module
multi v tensioner
multi v
starter
everything completed started and came on for 5 seconds and then went off.
I thought it was air so I restarted long
And bleed whit Vcds .
sometimes I hear 1 cylinder
Timing checked again and looks good.
380/400 bar under starting on the rail
I removed the injectors and connected upside down and yes sometimes cylinder 1 does inject but the other 3 are not.

With start pilot it starts immediately but but shots of when i stop spraying

no error codes anyone have any ideas?

Looking like a fuel problem,

As you say it turns when spraying starter fluid.

So we need to look at cam and crank, mechanical timing.

And injection timing.

The camshaft timing, intake and exhaust cam can only be compared with a picture on the internet. which seems okay
the belt itself is with tools on time cr pump camshaft and crankshaft.

starts with start pilot but does not activate injectors.

If the timing on the camshafts is wrong and that's why he wouldn't inject and I pull out the camshaft sensor, then the ECU no longer sees this and should do something right?

Please do not edit the VCDS log file. It's now a bit garbled because both decimal and field separators are now the same = semicolon (";")

Ok, perhaps also the log file decimal and field separators has been set to local settings. Anyways, IMO in this case wrongly as you can't distuinguish the decimal numbers and separate fields - except doing all that manually.

If would do the logging with English version the difference would be obvious.

Below a sample how the fields got scattered in Excel. Separate colours denote how the data should align in the columns.

The data looks normal to me. Well, no air into engine - I guess the air filter box wasn't there.
Anyways, ECU commanded injectors to fire, normal fuel pressure, engine was cranking just fine.

PS. A VCDS performance tip -

By using UDS grouping you would get siginificantly better data sampling rate - to catch possible glitches. Now a sweep of 12 measurement values took 1.3 seconds, by UDS grouping would be 1/10 of that.
